Biography
Jason has been a student of drums since 2002. From the kit to the congas, he has always been enamoured by the beat.
In 2013, Jason studied yoga and meditation in Costa Rica with Marianne Wells, a student of BKS Iyengar. He soaked up a comprehensive education of the philosophical, psychological, spiritual, musical, anatomical, meditative, and therapeutic aspects of yoga.
After training with Dr. Dean Ornish in San Francisco, Jason worked as a Stress Management Facilitator in The Ornish Cardiac Reversal Program.
He opened AC Yoga as a studio in Atlantic City, NJ in 2015, and began facilitating a full moon drum circle which still continues to this day.
Since then, Jason has been fusing drumming with wellness, leading circles at drug and alcohol rehab centers, elderly homes, corporations, and community gatherings. There is always a strong focus on team building, communication, self expression, and fun!
